Make your reservations early. The conference rate is available through January 17, 2018; however, the room block may fill prior to this date. Once the room block is filled, reservations are accepted on a space available basis and may not be available at the conference rate.

Parking: The hotel offers both valet and self-parking. Rates include in-and-out privileges. Please note that our parking garage clearance does not allow for any oversized vehicles, toppers, or trailers.

Daily Self-Parking: $29 per day

Valet Parking: Overnight hotel guest: $39 per day; Oversized truck: $45 per day

Hourly Self-Parking:
First hour: $10; Each additional hour is $5 with a maximum of $30

Hourly Valet Parking:
First hour: $20; Each additional hour is $5 with a maximum of $40

Airport Transportation: Ground transportation is located curbside in front of Terminal A and B baggage claim area. Uniformed transportation agents (wearing red shirts) can describe services and provide estimated rates to various destinations.
