Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee. Make your reservations early. The conference rate is available through January 14, 2015; however, the room block may fill prior to this date. Once the room block is filled, reservations are accepted on a space available basis and may not be available at the conference rate.
Self parking is available at a rate of $15 and valet parking is available at a rate of $25 per day - both offered with in and out privileges.
