Discuss academic and money management strategies with a Peer Consultant and co-create a plan to maximize your potential for success on topics such as:
Discuss success strategies that are tailored to first-generation college students with a Peer Consultant. Strategies can include but are not limited to academic success, money management, involvement, and campus resources.
First-gen Success Consultations are available to all students who identify as a first-generation college student.
Maximize your understanding of fiscal matters that affect you, such as:
- Basic Budgeting & Financial Goal Setting
- Building & Managing Credit
- Financial Planning for Study Abroad/National Student Exchange
- Moving Off Campus
Discuss academic strategies with a Peer Consultant and co-create a plan to maximize your potential for success on topics such as:

Accountability Groups
Accountability Groups meet weekly for 90 minutes throughout the semester and are facilitated by Peer Consultants in the Student Success Center. They are designed to help you learn and practice productive study habits, connect you with your peers, and provide a dedicated time to work on individual tasks.
