You must be currently enrolled and will need to present your Carolina Card at each visit.
The Department of Student Life has teamed up with South Carolina Legal Services to offer consultations and educational programming to fee-paying students. Services are available in the lower level of the Russell House West Wing in Room 044.
The office is staffed Monday and Thursday from noon to 4 p.m. during the fall and spring semesters. Appointments are preferred, but drop-ins will be accommodated, if possible. Other times are available by appointment only. During June and July services are available by appointment only.

Under no circumstances will consultations or representation be provided in disputes
against USC, its officials and employees or other USC students. Students with these types of concerns will be referred to the South Carolina Bar Lawyer Referral Service.
