The Staff Ombuds serves as a confidential, neutral, informal and independent resource for staff concerns and conflicts. These resources can help staff members connect with various university policies and procedures and provides resources to better communicate and handle conflict in the workplace. Faculty wishing to receive help with concerns or conflicts should reach out to the Faculty Ombuds office or the Faculty Civility Advocate.

Staff needing more help with workplace concerns and administrative processes can reach out to the Employee Relations Office and the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX. Student concerns should be directed to the Office of Student Advocacy.
