DOS: Improving Access to Justice in the Democratic Republic of Congo DRLA-DRLAQM-15-033

This grant aims to improve the justice system and access to justice through innovative programs that strengthen key sectors within the police, military and/or local government. Strong proposals will include a regional pilot of a program that could be replicated nationally. Proposed programs should take a broader view towards long-term stability and proficiency of the justice system in the DRC.

USC may only submit one application in response to this program announcement. Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by February 19, 2013. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
