This funding opportunity announcement (FOA)... funds statewide networks of higher education and research institutions in IDeA-eligible states to build biomedical research capacity through supporting faculty research and research mentoring, student participation in research, and enhancement of institutional research infrastructure.
USC may submit only one application in response to this solicitation.
Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research.
