DOS: FY 21 Countering Advanced Conventional Weapons SFOP0007363This NOFO seeks programmatic proposals to build partner capacity and leverage open source data to identify, prevent, and disrupt proliferator state sales of ACW to states of proliferation concern, as well as the associated financial and logistics elements of these transactions through the following lines of effort: Financial Chilling Action Plans, Logistics Hardening, Countering ACW Disinformation, and Countering Private Military Companies.
USC may submit one (1) proposal to this solicitation. Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by November 16, 2020. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
