DOS: FY 21 Reducing Revisionist State Biological and Chemical Weapons Threats SFOP0007378This NOFO seeks to prevent rival, revisionist states from acquiring dual-use biological and chemical technology, materials, knowledge, or expertise from witting or unwitting third countries that can be diverted to advance potential state-sponsored CBW capabilities.
USC may submit one (1) proposal to this solicitation. Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by November 16, 2020. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
