HRSA: Transforming Health Care for Children and Youth with Epilepsy HRSA-19-060The purpose of this program is to increase access to coordinated, quality health care in a patient/family-centered medical home for CYE residing in rural and/or medically underserved areas.
USC may only submit only one application in response to this program announcement. Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research.
Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by March 5, 2019. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
