This FOA encourages applications that recruit and retain outstanding, postdoctoral-level health professionals who have demonstrated potential and interest in pursuing careers as clinician-investigators.

USC may only submit only one non-AIDS related application and only one Aids-related application in response to this program announcement. Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by January 7, 2019. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.

NIH indicates that a letter of intent is not required for either type of application and that a completed non-Aids-related application is due by February 13, 2019 and a completed AIDs-related application is due by May 13, 2019.
