This NOFO includes two (2) categories in which applicants are able to submit applications under:
(1)Fostering the Free Flow of Information into, out of, and within the DPRK; (2)Promoting Human Rights and Accountability.

USC may only submit may submit no more than one (1) application per category and must explicitly identify the category the application is being submitted. Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by January 29, 2018. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
