DOS: FY 2017 Professional Fellows Congress ECA-ECAPEC-17-023

The FY 2017 Professional Fellows Congress" (PFC) is the concluding element of the FY 2017 Professional Fellows Program. The Professional Fellows Congress brings all non-U.S. participants together at the end of their fellowship program and provides a larger context for their shared experiences, promotes collaboration, introduces them to alumni and other resources, and strengthens the PFP's role as a vital element of U.S. public diplomacy.

USC may only submit one application in response to this program announcement. Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by April 3, 2017. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
