Exterior Renovation Details
The iconic theatre, built in 1855, underwent restoration to parts of its exterior in 2023. Work included replacing rotten wood, stripping and repainting parts of its exterior, filling in stucco cracks, working on water seepage issues which includes a new gutter system and refurbishing the Corinthian capitals atop the columns at the front.
