"Greek Gamecocks: The Rise, Fall, and Rise of Fraternities at the University of South Carolina," will be on display South Caroliniana Library's lobby through April 1.
The exhibit is free and open to the public.
The photo exhibit documents the establishment of fraternities at South Carolina College in the late 1800s, their underground activities during a 30-year ban from state-supported colleges and universities, and the return of Greek-letter societies after the ban was listed.
