Dear Coach Spurrier,

On behalf of all the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, Coast Guardsmen, and Civilians serving in Iraq, I want to thank you for your support for our troops and the Wounded Warrior Project. Wearing camouflage uniforms highlighting the military values of Duty, Honor, Courage, Commitment, Integrity, Country, and Service during your game against the University of Florida will provide a visible testament of America’s appreciation for our troops who proudly serve our country so far away from home.

Our service members place a high value on the game of football not only because of the entertainment it promises but also because our troops can relate to the teamwork, determination and camaraderie displayed every time you and your players take to the field. I wish you the best of luck as you face the Florida Gators on November 14th. We anticipate your game with great excitement.

GO GAMECOCKS!
