Teaching Excellence Workshop:
Building Community with Blackboard

Tena B. Crews and Chris Brown
October 29, 2009

Building community among students, whether online or in traditional courses, is essential. However, building community between the instructor and the students is important as well. This session will provide ideas of how to build community using Blackboard tools such as wiki, blog, discussion board, and more. Bring your ideas to share too.
