Research and Teaching Interests

Ms. Wolf-Odland's research interests are focused on manual therapy interventions, specifically Mulligan Concept Sustained Natural Apophyseal Glides (SNAGs) for the treatment of mechanical neck pain and unresolved chronic low back pain in the athletic population. Integration of manual therapy treatment paradigms into clinical practice is a primary focus of hers which has lead to national professional presentations. Ms. Wolf-Odland is also interested in and has current research projects related to the Fear Avoidance Model to identify behaviors associated with chronic pain and disability in the collegiate athletic population. She teaches classes in the athletic training program at the undergraduate level.
