Background
Dr. Daniela B Friedman is an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Promotion, Education and Behavior, as well as a Faculty Affiliate in the Prevention Research Center and the Women’s and Gender Studies program, and a Core Faculty Member of the Cancer Prevention and Control Program. She received her BS in biology and psychology from McMaster University in 2000, her MS in health studies and gerontology from the University of Waterloo in 2002, her certificate in university teaching form the University of Waterloo in 2006 and her PhD in health studies and gerontology from the University of Waterloo in 2006.
