Preparing our students to work
In the MHR program, student success in the classroom transfers to the job market. In just 16 months, our students see an immediate return on investment, with 93 percent securing jobs upon graduation. Positions provide competitive pay — an average of $81,400 — and the opportunity for students to make a positive and lasting impact as leaders within the companies they serve.
HR internship
As part of the curriculum, our students are required to complete a 10- to 12-week summer internship to provide them with relevant HR experience prior to graduation. Internships provide competitive pay as well as a living stipend to help supplement income. In addition to assisting students with preparing for the internship itself, we offer them the opportunity to interview and select the companies at which they'll intern.
In the fall of 2017, more than 20 companies visited campus to meet and interview our students for intern and full-time positions.
