The Moore School has grown into a thriving site of academic excellence with an enrollment of more than 5,500 undergraduate students and more than 800 graduate students.
The Name Behind the Success
The Moore School is named for one of the most successful women in business today — Darla Moore. She is a University of South Carolina graduate and the first woman to be profiled on the cover of Fortune magazine and named to the list of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in American Business. Contributing to the success of our school is her way of giving back to USC and to South Carolina.
Darla Moore's contributions have allowed the Moore School to advance business education and produce top-notch graduates that have and will go on to pursue successful business careers.
