In an effort to foster and encourage deep and meaningful conversations across difference, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion is launching Courageous Conversations series in fall 2020.
The series is intended to allow for open and truthful engagement around difficult subject matter. The goal is for all participants to gain deeper insights into the perspectives and experiences of their peers. In order to achieve the desired goal, participants will be asked to commit to active listening while being empathetic, respectful and non-judgemental.
