Background

Kimberly Yancey Brooks is a senior resource attorney with the Children’s Law Center.  Prior to joining the Children’s Law Center, she worked as an attorney in Greenville, South Carolina, whose practice primarily focused on representing parents in DSS cases and appeals.  Brooks has also worked as an attorney for the South Carolina Department of Social Services, an assistant public defender, and in the private sector.  She is a graduate of University of Richmond School of Law.
