Child Law Book Collection

Located in the Hampton Street office, the Child Law Book Collection contains books, periodicals, and reports on various topics related to child welfare, child abuse and neglect, and juvenile justice.

University students, faculty and staff, and SC Bar members with a valid bar card, may check out books and other materials at the Children Law Center’s Hampton Street office. University faculty and staff may request delivery of materials to your mailbox by contacting the Center at 777-1646.


Working Space Available

Working space is available on a walk-in basis for the use of University students who are doing research.


Reference and Research Assistance

Reference assistance is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, when the Children’s Law Center is open. Center staff members are available to assist with research questions; however, we cannot give legal advice.
