There's nothing that says "summer" like the smell of a grill on a warm day. So when the hustle and bustle of the busy spring subsides, the McCutchen House patio becomes a gathering space for folks to sit under our umbrellas and enjoy the warm summer breeze, or sit in one of our cool dining rooms, while sipping on tea and eating a freshly-grilled favorite.
Come enjoy a tasty meal while supporting the students at the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management (HRTM), as they learn just what it takes to run a restaurant.
