Wine and Beverage Classes

Discover how to complement the flavors of your favorite foods while learning about the art and science behind producing these palate-pleasing beverages! Our classes are offered through the Wine and Beverage Institute during fall and spring semesters.

All classes are face-to-face and held on Tuesdays, 6:30-8:30 p.m., in the McCutchen House. 

Wine 101

Back by popular demand.  Whether you want us to start from the beginning, or you simply want a refresher, Wine 101 will cover the basics. In this class, Sandy Strick will talk about the most important grapes, how to taste wine,  the relationship between wine and texture, and how that interplays with our food pairings (included). $43.00 / person. Wines of Burgundy

This region may be small in size, but it has a huge influence on the world of wine.
