What is HRSM Alumni Society Career Night?
At Alumni Society Career Night (ASCN), HRSM students participating in the The Marnie Pearce Professionalism Seminar (HRSM 301) practice their networking skills and prepare for the real world that awaits them after graduation. Students are provided a unique and safe environment to introduce themselves to HRSM alumni and industry professionals who also benefit from meeting with future young professionals pursuing careers in their respective fields: hospitality, retail, restaurant, sport and entertainment.
Spring 2019 HRSM Alumni Society Career Night
will be held:
Tuesday, February 19, 2019 • 4:00-6:30 p.m. • Seawell's Restaurant
- 4:00–4:30 p.m.
Arrive and network with other alumni/industry professionals
Refreshments will be provided
- 4:30 p.m.
Presentation/discussion regarding event process and expectations;
3 groups of approximately 100 students
- 5:00–6:30 p.m.
More than 300 current HRSM students and more than 50 HRSM alumni and industry friends representing hospitality, tourism, restaurant, retail, sport, and entertainment management will be in attendance.

Our goal is to prepare our students to enter the workforce. Your participation in this event has a direct impact on students who will soon be alumni and professionals in the industries we represent. It’s also a great way to discover excellent talent if you are looking for interns and/or full time employees.
