Student Hire Form

Please complete this form to request a grant-funded student hire. All requests should be submitted at least 14 days prior to the anticipated start date. Once submitted, we will obtain the necessary approvals and extend the offer of employment to your student. Supervisors will be informed of hiring status and updated via email.
