Jackson Carter is a doctoral student at the University of South Carolina and an instructor of communication at Ouachita Baptist University. Along with his academic work, Jackson still works as an industry researcher/consultant for MHP/Team SI, the largest ad agency in Arkansas. Outside of work, Jackson enjoys golfing, fishing and reading.

Teaching
Carter enjoys teaching in a way that encourages student participation and highlighting the practical application of what we are learning. He believes if he can show students how to take skills they are developing and immediately apply them, they are more likely to stay engaged and retain what they have learned.
