Bio 

Xuhong Su holds a PhD in Public Administration and Public Policy from the University of Georgia. Prior to her PhD training, she attended Georgia Institute of Technology and Wuhan University (China). Dr. Su teaches Human Resource Management in the Public Sector, Perspectives to Public Administration and Public budgeting for MPA students as well as Introduction to Public Administration for undergraduates. Her research interests focus on public administration and science & technology policy, with publications appearing in Public Administration Review, Research Policy, Journal of Higher Education, Journal of Technology Transfer, among others.
