The college also invites proposals from CAS faculty members for funding to help develop and offer scholarly and creative activities and events that engage the campus and community, and that complement our Spring 2023 Theme Semester on “Play” in the multiple meanings of that word. Programming might include but is not limited to:
- Lectures and panel discussions
- Colloquia and workshops
- Art exhibits
- Museum programming and exhibits
- Film screenings
- Creative performances
Most awards will be between $250-$1,500, but the review committee will consider funding
larger requests for especially strong proposals. Applicants are encouraged although
not required to pursue matching funds, if possible, to cover the cost of the planned
event.
Co-curricular Programming Grant applications should be submitted on the form below
by Monday, September 19, 2022. Decisions will be announced by Monday, September 26,
2022.
