Bio: I am a second-year graduate Public History student, with a concentration in museums. I graduated from the University of Alberta in the spring of 2020 with a BA in History and Sociology. During my undergraduate studies, I completed an exchange semester at the University of Arizona and graduated with a Certificate in International Learning.  
I have had several public history experiences, with most focusing on education: I was a Community Services and Education Intern at the Mercer Museum and Fonthill Castle in Doylestown, PA; an Education Intern at the National Air and Space Museum in Washington, DC; and a Photo Archives Intern at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. Currently, I work at Historic Columbia giving interpretive tours of historic homes in Columbia, SC.  
My academic interests are women's history and the history of medicine. I am researching forced sterilization in South Carolina between 1935 and 1986.
