Education: B.A. in Public and Policy History and B.A. in Spanish, University of Wisconsin-La Crosse

Bio: My academic research focuses on Latino (im)migration in the United States. I previously researched and presented on Cuban immigration to Wisconsin during the Mariel Boatlift of 1980. Currently, I am researching Colombian (im)migration to Greenville and Columbia, South Carolina. Outside of academia, I am interested in historic site interpretation and have interned with the National Park Service.
