Booker T. Washington Auditorium

The Booker T. Washington Auditorium is available for booking to members of the USC community as well as members of the public. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine an acceptable audience number depending upon conditions at the time of your request. Reservation policy:

To reserve Booker T. Washington Auditorium, complete the reservation form below.

Full payment MUST be submitted with reservation application, and paid one week from date of application, unless arrangements are made to pay at a later date. The event date will be placed ON HOLD until reservation payment in full is received.

Student groups or campus organizations may make payments through a fund account. All other reservations must be paid with a check made payable to the University of South Carolina.

Once the reservation application and payment are received, a CONFIRMATION will be sent via email.
