The Office of Strategic Engagement believes well-being and connection work in tandem. By fostering wellness initiatives, care strategies and collaboration, we cultivate a healthy educational environment where faculty, staff and students thrive together.

McCausland on the Move is a college-wide initiative promoting physical health, environmental wellness and stronger connections across the college community. Our wellness walks are held twice a month on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The Huddle is a quarterly gathering that brings the Dean’s Office together to connect, celebrate and recognize contributions across the office.

Bring the Huddle to your unit! If you’re looking for an informal, yet impactful way to positively enrich your department, program or office, consider hosting your own huddles.
