As the flagship institution, we have a commitment to invest in the local community. To advance the university’s efforts, OSE promotes and facilitates faculty and staff community engagement.

McCausland ConnectED Symposium

McCausland ConnectED brings together faculty, staff and students for a day of learning, dialogue and collaboration. Designed to explore what it means to foster a healthy, thriving organizational culture, the symposium offers thought-provoking sessions and interactive experiences that inspire well-being, spark innovation and strengthen workplace connections.
