RETL 242 - HRSM Professional Communications

Class Session: Monday, May 14, 2018 - Thursday, May 31, 2018

Credit: 3 semester hours of undergraduate credit

Prerequisites: ENGL 101 and 102 (students must earn a C or better in each prerequisite)

Note: Pre-reqs: ENGL 101 and ENGL 102.


Course Description

Theory and processes in written business communications; composing effective business letters and reports.


General Information

Open to HRSM majors only until 04/30/18, then open to all majors.


Course Delivery Type

A Web course is taught using one or more web delivery platforms such as Blackboard, Streaming Video, Adobe Connect etc. Students must have access to a high-speed Internet connection. More information will be provided by the instructor in the course syllabus.

(100% asynchronous - if course has any online or face-to-face meetings, live attendance will not be required. For any such sessions, there will be alternative ways to view or obtain the material covered).
