Awarded to selected full-time dance majors who have technical proficiency in ballet and/or contemporary dance, a cumulative GPA of 2.5, are enrolled in minimum of 12 credit hours, demonstrate technical proficiency in ballet &/or contemporary dance and attend, as well as are prompt for, all classes and rehearsals - exceptions for extenuating circumstances and prior approval. Current sophomore, junior & senior theatre majors, enrolled as full-time students (12+ hours per semester) with a GPA of 2.5 or higher and who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and/or contribution to the department during the past academic year are eligible. It is a one-year commitment of $500.00 - $250.00 per semester dependent upon maintaining eligibility requirements; full-time enrollment (12 hours or more) as a Theatre major during the award year (fall and spring semesters), a 2.5 GPA and active participation in the theatre

Incoming freshman and/or transfer theatre students with a GPA of 3.5 or higher and who have demonstrated outstanding scholarship, leadership and contributions in theatre arts are eligible. It is a continuing annual award of $250.00 a semester (not to exceed 8 semesters) dependent upon maintaining eligibility requirements; full-time enrollment (12 hours or more) as a theatre major during the award year (fall and spring semesters), a 3.0 GPA and active participation in the theatre production program.
