OMSA Social Justice Program


What to Expect

Students attend weekly meetings to listen to expert lecturers and engage in other learning experiences to discuss social justice, bias, discrimination and their impact on communities and individuals. At the conclusion of the program, students present a final project and receive a Social Justice Program certificate.

This engagement qualifies for these special designations:

  • Option to appear on UofSC Experience extended transcript

Term: Spring 2022



Time Commitment: 16 - 29 hours
Who Can Participate: Open - any student can participate (no required credentials, such as GPA, hours earned)
Minimum Credit Hours: No requirements for credit hours or years completed
Minimum GPA:  No requirements for credit hours or years completed
Other Requirements No additional requirements
