Global Business Brigades Gamecocks
What to Expect
Global Business Brigades is a collaborative effort between students and under-resourced communities around the world working towards sustainable development solutions. We advance this goal by volunteering to identify, improve, and expand micro-enterprises while working through community-owned and operated credit and savings cooperatives in local communities. This organization will fundraise and plan service brigades to either travel or connect virtually with partner communities in Honduras, Panama, Ghana, and/or Nicaragua. In these regions, USC students will consult for small businesses, teach financial literacy, and help establish community banks while simultaneously advancing our knowledge of economic development in our home community year-round.
Registered Student Organization (RSO): student organizations that are independent legal entities from the University, have no delegated authority from the University, and do not perform functions on behalf of the university.
