Core Courses in the program will provide the fundamentals in the study of human behavior while experimental research courses and hands-on research experiences will equip students with the tools for scientific inquiry. Upper-level electives allow students to tailor course selection to meet their interest and long-term educational and career goals.

An undergraduate psychology degree prepares students for a wide range of fields such as in the helping professions such as counseling, social work, and medicine, and also for such diverse fields as law, management, education, community and public affairs, sale, advertising, marketing, research and writing.
