Originally from central Ohio, Kaela moved here when she was in high school. She recently graduated from USC with her Bachelors in Organizational Leadership. She has experience in photography, graphic design, coding, and American Sign Language. Outside of work she enjoys reading, and gaming.
Bailey is a graduate from the University of South Carolina in Early Childhood Education and has obtained one master's degree from Winthrop University in Language and Literacy and a second master's from the University of South Carolina in Educational Administration. She has worked in education for over nine years in various roles. She is committed to serving the Lancaster and USCL community through the iCarolina Lab.
