Hello, and welcome to the University of South Carolina Lancaster.

We hope you will take the opportunity to browse our website and see the variety of ways this campus makes a difference in the lives of the students we serve. I encourage you to visit our campus, talk with our faculty and professional staff, and see for yourself what a special place this is to start or continue your education. No matter whether you are in person or online, you will be challenged academically while you are a student here. Our faculty and staff are dedicated to assisting you in reaching your personal and professional goals and we believe that you’ll find just what you’re looking for at USC Lancaster. 

One of the most positive and enduring aspects of this campus is the degree to which the surrounding community, a community that spans a six-county service area, loves, and helps sustain this campus. We are fortunate to enjoy the support of the citizens of this region of South Carolina as well as that of leaders in business and government. We hope too that the community support you’ll readily see and feel will also challenge you, in turn, to show your support to this campus and community for years to come.

While you’re here, take advantage of the many “bonus experiences” of college life. Perhaps be a spectator at one of our intercollegiate games or matches and cheer for the Lancers, attend a concert, lecture or film showing, take a day trip or a travel study trip to see new places. Our goal is to make your time here as rewarding as we can. College is all about new experiences, and I hope you get involved in as many ways as possible.
