What's Happening The Division of Information Technology will update the Java application on computers directly supported by a Desktop Service Level Agreement (SLA). Computers previously excluded from Java updates will not be updated.
Who's Affected Windows and Macintosh computers directly supported by a Desktop SLA. If you are not sure if your department is included, please contact the UTS Service Desk at (803) 777-1800.

This excludes Millennium users and other users that have been excluded from Java updates previously.
What's The Impact On Me The update will require that Internet Explorer and Firefox be closed during the update process. They will be automatically closed if left open. A restart will be required upon completion. This update will prompt the user to restart, but will not automatically restart the machine.
