What's Happening In order to apply a critical upgrade, there will be a TouchNet outage October 1, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. During this time no TouchNet transactions or CarolinaCard deposit transactions will be processed.
Who's Affected All Campuses
What's The Impact On Me TouchNet will be unavailable during the migration. Any feeds going to TouchNet from Banner SSB or CarolinaCard will be returned with an error message until the migration is complete. Users should try again after the migration is completed.

What Should I Do Contact UTS Service Desk at (803) 777-1800 for additional information (Mon.-Fri., 8 a.m.-6 p.m.).
