Improvement to our Service Management Platform

The Division of Information Technology is pleased to announce our plans to improve our Service Management platform – Starting Summer of 2017

Work has begun to improve the functionality and efficiency of the university’s ServiceNow platform that is used to respond to IT service requests and incidents. 

Division of Information Technology team members are committed to continual improvements focused on meeting the needs of the university.  We plan to improve the customer experience by making it easier to report IT service problems and request assistance, better organize information found in the IT Knowledge Base, and implement industry best practices to manage and deliver IT services.
