Mikaela Greene primarily assists with the recruitment, selection, matching, and training of University 101 Peer Leaders. In addition, Mikaela is responsible for creating and distributing the Peer Leader weekly newsletter.
Mikaela co-teaches a section of the leadership development course for new peer leaders, EDLP 520: The Teacher as Manager. Prior to joining the University 101 Programs team, Mikaela was an undergraduate student at the University of South Carolina. During Mikaela’s undergraduate experience, she was a student assistant in the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs for several years and served multiple semesters as a University 101 Peer Leader.
