Keah contributes to University 101 Programs’ continuous improvement efforts by preparing and analyzing data and developing data visualizations for departmental decision making; assisting departmental staff with assessment projects, data pulls, and dataset creation; and partnering with the Associate Director for Assessment and Quality Enhancement to write and submit ad hoc and annual assessment reports. Keah also manages the course evaluation and credentialing processes and associated reporting for all UNIV courses to maintain compliance with university and SACSCOC policies. Additionally, she supports other Student Success departments through her management of the Career Center’s First Destination (Graduation) Survey and by generating annual USC and You Survey reports for UNIV 101 instructors.
Keah teaches UNIV 101: The Student in the University, UNIV 401: Senior Capstone Experience for Graduation with Leadership Distinction, and EDRM 423: Introduction to Classroom Assessment.
