Caroline Elliott supports the Peer Leader Program through the recruitment, selection, matching, and training processes of University 101 Peer Leaders. She also serves as an instructor for EDLP 520: The Teacher as the Manager.

Prior to joining University 101 Programs, Caroline worked in the Student Success Center at the University of South Carolina as a graduate assistant supporting all aspects of the Supplemental Instruction program.

She also worked in the Office of Study Abroad at Belmont University as the Global Education Assistant, gaining experience in advising and supporting students.
