the Gamecock Athletics Department's plan for seating at the Colonial Life Arena Due to these capacity restrictions, a limited number of student tickets will be available

CHANGES FOR THE 2020 BASKETBALL SEASON
Due to COVID-19 restrictions and the limited number of student tickets available for
each game, the following updates are in place:
Students must claim a ticket on the Student Rewards App to attend the game. Walk-ups
will not be allowed.
Students MUST wear a face covering at ALL times, except when eating or drinking.
The student section for the 2020 season includes sections 109-110 and 216-218.
Seating in the student sections will still be general admission. However, students
must sit in designated seats in a physically distant manner. Seats in the students
sections will be physically distanced in pairs of two. We encourage you to only sit
with your roommate, close friend, or someone else within your daily “bubble” to limit
exposure.
Unlike this past football season, we will not be limiting the amount of games you
can attend.
Guest tickets will not be available this season due to limited student tickets.
Students will earn 2 Gamecock Reward points for attending non-conference games and
1 point for attending conference games.
Gates will open 1 hour prior to tip-off. Students should enter Colonial Life Arena
through the College Street entrance.
Colonial Life Arena is cashless for the 2020-21 basketball season. Carolina Cards
will be accepted, except for alcohol purchases.
Individuals who have directives to stay in isolation or quarantine that choose to
violate those directives to attend athletic events may be subject to discipline by
the institution and a referral to DHEC which would result in jail or a severe fine.
Student must cancel their ticket two hours prior to game time. If you do not cancel
and the ticket goes unused, it will count as a no-show.
We have a four-strike policy regarding no-shows for basketball. If you have a ticket
and it goes unused, you will get a warning strike. If you get four strikes in a season,
your ticketing privileges may be revoked for the remainder of the semester. If you
acquire eight strikes during your time here at South Carolina, your ticketing privileges.
